10/10
The staff were friendly, and my room was both clean and spacious during my one night here. There’s a shopping center nearby that stays open until 9 p.m., plus a cinema and several restaurants.
2/10
The room stayed at 27 to 29 c, and the wifi was very poor. Water pressure was low too. I only found out on my second day that you have to ask at check-in to have the AC turned on. I requested it two days in a row, but they only lowered the temperature with the heat on. When I finally asked about it, reception had a real attitude about turning on the AC. Isn’t the money you make enough to keep a room comfortable?
2/10
I checked out five minutes after arriving, but still haven’t received a refund. The room I booked as wheelchair accessible couldn’t even fit the wheelchair inside. In the tiny bathroom, the shower had a step, no seat, and a shower head much too high for a wheelchair user. There were no grab rails or other aids for disabled guests. It was definitely not accessible.
8/10
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was nice and comfortable. The bathroom only had soap, no shampoo. Unfortunately the wifi signal in my room was so unstable that I could barely use it there and had to go to the lobby.
8/10
The room and beds were really comfortable, and it’s in a handy spot just off the motorway, with parking on site and restaurants nearby. I’d give it five stars if breakfast had been better value, at 10euro a head it wasn’t much.
