The decor is old and a bit tired, which wasn't surprising for the price, but the place was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It was perfectly fine for a stopover, with Cherbourg about 15 minutes away. Our spacious family room had two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath. Breakfast was simple, with bread, jam, pastries, and coffee. I'd stay again.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There's free parking for guests. Breakfast is plain but there's enough of it. This is a basic hotel, handy for a stop on the way elsewhere. It's not far from Brix, and well placed for either St Vaast to the east or Barneville Carteret to the west, with both coasts around a 30-40 minute drive away. Cherbourg is about 40 minutes north.

Just about okay for a single night. The twin room was tiny, and the toilet and shower area were small too. It felt maybe one star better than it should.

A handy ferry stopover. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good value, cheap and cheerful.
