Alice made us feel so welcome, and her kindness and helpfulness really stood out. The breakfast each day had a generous choice and used fresh local ingredients. At extra cost, she also offers activities and services on request. My children loved her clay modelling lesson, and we enjoyed a lovely private dinner there. The halls and rooms are beautifully decorated with real style and taste, and the views stretch across the rolling hills. The nearest beach is about 4/5km away. Monastere de Brucourt was a serendipitous find in 2020, a true hidden gem in Normandy's beautiful seaside area. Everything was perfect, and we already miss the place!

We loved the shared breakfasts with the other guests in the beautiful dining room, the wide grounds, and visits from Titi, the resident cat. The family who owns and runs this wonderful place renovated it impeccably and decorated it with real artistry. Their attention to detail and hospitality are hard to beat. It's a lovely base for experiencing Normandy.

You can visit the coastal towns and beaches within a 45 min drive. The host does an amazing job of making you feel at home, and the recent renovation of the 1900 monastery, with its finely crafted decor, makes the place a must-see.

Such a calm place. The view is fascinating, and the furniture is beautiful and cozy. Breakfast was simple and delicious. It looks just like the pictures, and even better in some ways. I'd definitely choose this place again.
