We were grateful for the thoughtful welcome, especially the birthday note and gifts. Ms. Cheryl went out of her way to accommodate us, and the whole team was warm and welcoming. The apartment at Edgar Suites felt like home and had all the amenities we needed. Self check-in was easy and hassle-free. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

We'd happily stay here again on another Paris trip. Edgar Suites Église was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, in a quiet but accessible spot that worked well for exploring the city. MS. CHERYL was especially hospitable and accommodating. She was kind, quick to respond, and made sure we felt welcome and looked after throughout the stay. Her help added a personal touch.

The apartment had everything a family of seven or eight might need, and the cleanliness was impeccable. It was close to the metro, and every window looked out over the Eiffel Tower. There wasn't a receptionist. We used the codes sent in advance and went straight to the apartment, where a welcome sign, chocolates, and a shopping bag were waiting on the table. As the stay got closer, they kept sending helpful information and guidance over WhatsApp, and assured us they'd be available if we needed anything. They were indeed available. We've stayed in many hotels and were very pleased with the Edgar Suit-Eglise Hotel.

Their customer service really stood out, and I loved the complimentary goodies and guide. They even have a luggage storage room. The place is near the Eiffel Tower in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and a train station. One of the best places to stay in Paris, and other Airbnb hosts could learn from their service.

We were eight, and code locks made getting in easy without needing physical keys. Check-in was quick, and when we asked for extra blankets at 9 in the evening, they arrived very fast. The apartment was very clean and new, with a superb view from the window. Discounts for shops and restaurants were a nice extra. A perfect place to stay in Paris.
