The meal Olivier prepared was such a treat, and Christophe gave us great suggestions from the beautiful cellar, which has some excellent bottles. We had a really lovely week in the studio by the pool. What a peaceful, idyllic place, with wonderful hosts.

We were won over by Jonathan’s cooking. For 29 euros, we got a meal worthy of a gourmet restaurant, with everything just right from appetizer to dessert: ravioli with ratatouille and parmesan, slow-cooked beef cheek with mashed potatoes and candied carrots, and a chocolate entremet. The very good wines by the glass went beautifully with it all. The gîte is superb and well situated, and the room was refined and spotlessly clean. Peaceful, with a sublime setting and decor, it really feels like a little corner of paradise.

We’d love to come back straight away. Christophe and Oliver are such delightful hosts, and both the local-produce breakfast and the meals were excellent.

We came back and enjoyed it just as much. Christophe welcomed us warmly, and his cellar tour and expert wine guidance took us all over the world. Olivier’s meals were delicious too. Anyone interested in wine should make time for the cellar. Highly recommend it. Bernard
