The bedroom is upstairs, reached by a spiral staircase, and the double bed is on the small side. There’s no bathroom up there. Downstairs, the living room has a little kitchen, with the bathroom behind it, including a toilet and bathtub. There’s a shower curtain, but no grab bars. It’s an unusual apartment with a nice garden, though probably not the best fit for older people.

The village is lovely, and the gîte had everything we needed. It was very quiet, and the firm bed suited us perfectly. The hostess greeted us with a smile and looked after us impeccably. We slept so well. Highly recommend. Roland and Marie

The village is enchanting, and the place itself is lovely and peaceful. It’s a charming little apartment in a former pottery workshop, tastefully furnished, with a lovely garden. The hostess was wonderful too.

The owner was warm and attentive without ever intruding, and I’d gladly keep this place in mind and recommend it. The cozy duplex has a wood fire and keeps the charm of the old workshop while offering modern comforts. Its little kitchenette means you can be completely independent if you want, though it still has the welcoming feel of a guesthouse. Very comfortable.

Kaolin was quiet and really clean, with everything well arranged. We had a lovely weekend and were welcomed so warmly. We’d happily book again next time we’re in Bully.
