The French countryside views from this great spot were lovely, and the rooms felt cosy. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming, and we shared plenty of laughs.

We left feeling uncomfortable and threatened. The owner was rude when we asked basic questions, and his replies felt almost like an attack. Both he and his wife came across as creepy. We considered calling the police, but chose to leave instead. The place itself was smelly and poorly maintained. It also seems that many reviews here come from the owner's Dutch friends, who may never have stayed there. A sad, deranged bunch of farmers. I'd tell everyone to stay away.

The garden was a real paradise when the weather was good, and there was a nice indoor spot to sit when it wasn't. You could also make a light meal there. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners with them during our two-night stay. Le Paradis was a wonderful place, and we got such a warm welcome.
