The hosts were welcoming and easy to reach, though they live next door and we never needed anything. We also had private off-road parking beside the house and a pretty garden for sitting outside. The house is in the heart of the Natural Park, a handy base for exploring the area, and we spent six nights there. Its renovation has created a bright, stylish living space, with lovely artwork and beautiful artisan-crafted pieces. It feels much loved by the owners. The kitchen has plenty of equipment for cooking, plus a large fridge and freezer. Bedrooms are spacious, with large, comfortable beds, good linens, and pillows. The sitting room is roomy and nicely lit. The one thing I'd change is the TV, which could be much larger and smarter. The wifi worked well, so we streamed things on our laptop. Thank you Veronique and Jean-François for sharing your lovely home in Pensol.

Everything was spotless, and the place is fantastic. The suites are big and comfortable, the lounge is a good size, and everything is nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped. The lady of the house also makes very good dinners if you ask.

We had such warm, attentive hosts, and this deserves five stars. The only drawback is that it's an old house, so the walls can be thin and you might sometimes hear the neighbors' conversations. Thank you!
