The zoo is an easy walk from the site along a footpath, and Pont Scorff is also simple to reach on foot or by bike. We stayed in our van in April and found the place peaceful and friendly. The pitches are roomy, and the trees give everything a spacious feel. The warm indoor pool was a real plus for younger kids.

The zoo is right nearby, which makes this a great spot for visiting it. We found the campsite quiet, with a clean, modern indoor pool that was warm too. The owner was very helpful and spoke excellent English. It's in the south of Brittany.

We were in a motorhome over Christmas and New Year, and were glad the site was open. The owners made us feel welcome, and the shower block was spotless. It was cleaned at least once a day, probably more often. We didn't stay in accommodation, so I can't rate that. There are good restaurants an easy walk into town, and the supermarket is even closer. The owners can point you to a flat route off the main road for both. They also provide a map for some cracking walking circuits. We had our dog with us and did one of the routes every day. Highly recommended.

There's a cycle path all the way to Lorient. Fabulous place, I'd definitely come back.
