The parking spaces are the real problem. Now we understand why owners and tenants leave their cars outside. The apartment owner told us he fits his SUV into his space 🤣🤣. We managed that too, but with cars in both neighbouring spots, there was no way to open the doors. We'd have had to sleep in the car! He said the car park met 1970s standards. Come on, sir, it's 2025. Standards and vehicle sizes have changed 😅. It was fairly quiet during our rental, but sounds carried through the building whenever someone walked along the hallway or entered a nearby apartment. I'll leave the photo here so you can judge for yourselves.

The residence was lovely and everything was immaculate, with no litter lying around. Everyone greets each other, and it felt peaceful and relaxing. We got to enjoy it because our friend owns an apartment there. Can't wait to go back.

It's close to the sea and still a pleasant place, though it gets much noisier in peak season. Yann is always willing to help.

It's a peaceful, family-friendly place, especially if you get a view over the racecourse. Bring binoculars! Races can make it noisy. Getting in is easy, and the vehicle entrance has a reasonably secure electric barrier.

The two-bedroom apartment is small, and the hot water tank is nowhere near enough for four people. This feels more like blocks of flats than a residence, and everything that goes on is noisy. We had to park on the street. The building manager was unfriendly.
