The Grottes restaurant just across the street is excellent. Our room was beautiful, and towels and bedding were all provided, so we didn’t need to bring our own sleeping bags or towels. The one drawback was that the small bathroom window couldn’t be opened for more ventilation. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, quiet rooms, and comfortable beds. The rooms have fans, and there’s access to the hotel pool. Having a private bathroom was a nice touch. I recommend it.

I paid almost 70 euros for half-board, but this didn’t feel like pilgrim accommodation. It’s mainly a hotel with a restaurant at the caves, while the separate building opposite, called the Refuge du Célé, is only for sleeping. Meals are served at the restaurant, where we ate very well and had a few extras. Still, there wasn’t a pilgrim atmosphere.

A simple but perfectly fine hotel, with a fan in the room instead of air conditioning. The restaurant is excellent, and the setting by the river is beautiful.

The hotel's swimming pool was a welcome break from the summer heat. The rooms are nicely renovated. The house is part of the Hôtel des Grottes, though, so it doesn’t really have the feel of a pilgrim hostel with a big shared table.
