The staff were rude and didn't seem to care about customers who don't speak French. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Avoid it if you want a nice stay.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the two-level room I got for my second week. The rooms are great, with a kitchen and nearly everything needed to cook: a kettle, pans, microwave, and dishwasher. The air conditioning worked well. The place is in a good location, very quiet, and has convenient gated parking behind the building. There's a gym and pool available, though the gym needs work: some equipment is broken or unusable, and the TV has no music channels. The room itself is fine. Breakfast was okay, but the selection felt limited for the price. There's also an inexpensive laundry room, and an iron is free to use. The staff speak English too. Thanks.

Set on one level in the forest, the hotel has a few things that could be improved. Cleaning only happens once a week, and guests have to take out their own trash. In the mornings the hot water pressure is poor, the sinks are clogged, and the AC filter was clogged too.

The rooms were average and didn't seem very clean. The bathrooms were a bit dirty, and I wasn't sure the sheets had been washed properly. It was manageable for one night, but I probably wouldn't stay again. My flight was delayed and I didn't reach the hotel until nearly midnight. I'd emailed ahead about arriving late and expected reception to be open, but nobody was there. I called the posted after-hours number several times without an answer and couldn't find any information about late check-in. Eventually I got through and an employee came to the lobby. He said I still had to pay, which was true since I'd booked pay-on-arrival, but claimed he couldn't use the card machine and that I'd have to transfer money or pay cash before getting a room. That seemed odd. Fortunately, another employee who was passing by while off duty sorted it out and said I could pay in the morning. It turned out the first man was an emergency maintenance employee. The issue was resolved, but it was worrying to think I might be left without a room. The hotel should make clear that check-in closes at a certain time.
