My 60-year-old mother arrived and was told she had to pay a 500-euro deposit, even though it wasn't listed in the booking conditions. The owner argued with her aggressively and threatened to put her out at 10pm in a foreign country if she didn't pay, so she felt she had no choice. At checkout on the last day, the owner inspected the house, said everything looked great, and indicated there'd be no problem. Two days later, a notice came through saying the 500 euros had been charged. We believe the owner invented floor damage to get back at her over the argument. There was no damage at all. Be careful, avoid this place. This feels like a scam.

The owners were so friendly and clearly wanted us to have a good stay. We had a lovely night in this beautifully decorated duplex in the heart of Caen. Every detail feels considered, and the apartment has a really warm, welcoming feel. Great location too. We’d happily recommend it for a visit to Caen.

Sophie was just as warm and welcoming as the apartment itself. I’ve never seen a more beautiful place, and the decor and thoughtful details are incredible. It has everything you need to get away and feel good. We’ll be back very soon, thanks again.

We’ll definitely come back. We were lucky enough to be the first guests in this gorgeous duplex, right in the center of town, though it feels completely tucked away once you’re inside. The owners were friendly, attentive, and easy to reach. The rooms are well equipped, everything was spotless and working perfectly, and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi. You can see how much care went into the place, especially the balance between the interior design and the cabinetmaking. It’s all been thought through and beautifully done. See you soon!

The place is spacious, the bed was really comfortable, and the jacuzzi was spotless, as was everything else. It’s a lovely option for a romantic break. The cabinetmaker’s work stands out, and the decor gives the duplex its own charm. Congratulations to the owners! 👏👏👏 We had a fantastic stay.
