It was a great experience. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. The place was clean and well maintained, which made it comfortable. I also appreciated the 24/7 technical support. Whenever I needed help, they were knowledgeable and responsive. It is quite expensive, though, so anyone watching their budget should bear that in mind. For people who value convenience and support, the service and facilities make the cost worthwhile.

We got a roomy family suite with two sleeping rooms at no extra charge after booking two studios. It was clean, with comfortable beds, and the staff were helpful. There's no traffic hassle and free parking right outside. Two lovely gardens are within walking distance, and the town centre is good for shopping, though there aren't any shops nearby. The apartment feels a little dated, but that goes with the price. I'd recommend it.

The receptionist was so friendly. She showed us around the apartment, which apparently isn't something they usually do, and gave us tips on what to see in Caen and which beaches to visit. The apartment itself was nice and spacious, with enough room for four. Since there's a sofa bed, five or six could fit too. Very good!

The receptionist is what I remember most: always cheerful, attentive, quick to respond, and backed by a team that gets things sorted fast. They listen to comments and resolve problems promptly. I also really liked how quiet and clean the place was, and the buses nearby made getting around easy. I lived in this residence for a year and still have very fond memories of it. 👏🏼🍀🌺

There was a stale, cheesy smell in the apartment, and the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Reception was empty throughout our stay over the August bank holiday. Nobody was there on the 13th, 14th, or 15th, and the place was deserted after 7 pm too. Not suitable for a tourist stay, and I wouldn't recommend it. Booking.com should check some listings before putting them up.
