Amber was especially great, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our clean, spacious room had a nice shower, and we'd definitely stay again. It's an easy 10-minute walk to Caen Memorial. Breakfast was the letdown. At 14 euros extra, it wasn't worth the price. The coffee machine didn't work properly, and croissants, milk, and juice weren't topped up. There was a large group as well as other guests, and they may not have been prepared for that many people. The front desk woman was also serving breakfast, so they seemed short staffed.

The receptionist even made us a salad at no charge when we arrived very late. Breakfast went smoothly in the morning despite the basketball team helping themselves. The team were top quality, so helpful, caring, kind, and polite. Amazing service!

The steak was cooked perfectly, absolutely amazing! I was there on a tour holiday with friends and have stayed at lots of four and five star hotels. The Sure Hotel matched a four star standard for cleanliness, service, staffing, food, and price. It's a real gem. I'd definitely recommend it and book again. 👍

The lounge bar and reception area were alright, and so was the restaurant. The room itself was tiny, though. The bedding wasn't great, and the very hard pillows could leave your neck and ears hurting. You can hear neighbours talking at a normal volume through the walls, and if you're a light sleeper in a room facing the road, you'll hear cars. The shower was fine, bathing products were supplied, and there was complimentary coffee in the room. Free parking is available, with charging stations for electric vehicles at an extra cost. Fine for one night, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a good stay overall. I booked a dinner table online for my last evening, but the hotel hadn't received it, so I'd recommend talking to reception instead. I also chose this hotel partly for the swimming, but it wasn't open?
