The apartment has seen better days and could use a refresh. Please give it a more thorough clean between guests, too. Prices nearby are mostly higher, but this place still felt expensive, especially since the whole French Riviera is pricey. I wouldn't call it above average.

The air conditioning was the one plus, since most hotels in this category in France don't have it. The rest was extremely dirty, from the kitchen through to the bathroom. We asked again and again for clean towels, but every time they were the same ones.

The room was so poorly cleaned when we arrived that we chose to spend the first night at another hotel. They refused our request for a refund for that night. The issue is still unresolved with Booking and the bank.

The location is ideal, 15 minutes from the train station and right across from the sea. The studio isn't fancy, but it's clean and has what you need, especially in the kitchen. It worked well for a stay of one or two weeks. The shower is a little small.
