The staff were absolutely lovely and friendly, and we were very pleased with our overnight stay. The rooms in the budget section are a little tired, but the town itself is beautiful and makes a great stop off the motorway. There are plenty of shops and fast food takeaway places nearby too.

Having Eat Salad next door was a real plus, and breakfast was great. The pool is a nice feature, though it wasn't easy to use, and it felt a bit like being lunchtime entertainment for Eat Salad. The team really makes the place feel like a family-run hotel, even with the corporate look. There's a good vibe, with music and a central area for working or meeting. It's a shame it's so far from Cahors centre, though it's easy enough by car.

They advertise themselves as having a supercharger for electric cars, but that's not true. There are just two basic plugs, and charging is slow. That might be fine if you wanted to charge while figuring out your options, or if only a few electric cars were staying overnight. But they add a €20 fee for it, which feels like a strange shakedown.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, the rooms were well soundproofed, and the price and location were good. It's a decent place for an overnight stop, and the front desk is open 24 hours. But I can't rate it higher because the cleaning was poor. A UV light picked up a lot of bodily fluids in the bathroom, and there was dust in the corners. It looks like they only clean the surfaces.
