The other staff were fairly warm and normal, but the manager was unpleasant when dealing with requests or questions, with little kindness or respect toward customers. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I definitely wouldn't come back. Cleanliness was really poor from the moment we got the room. The desk was dirty, and the carpet wasn't vacuumed when we arrived or during our four-day stay. The blanket had holes, and for three days I slept with lots of ants in the bed, not just one or two. The rooms also had a stale smell, and the facilities weren't well maintained. They left the dining room open to avoid turning on the air conditioning, which let in even more ants.

We arrived at 9:30 pm, well before the stated reception closing time of 10:30 pm, but the reception was already closed. We couldn't check in, and several calls went unanswered. Nobody had told us about the early closure, by message or phone. When we called the hotel the next day, the staff gave no proper explanation, and the money had already been taken. I'm now trying to get it back. This is the worst hotel experience I've had.

The motel-style setup worked for me, and the rooms were spacious with very nice bathrooms and good wifi. Breakfasts were lovely, and the wait staff were nice. The view was neither good nor ugly. There's nothing within walking distance, though.

Within an hour, I'd already spotted dead bugs in the ceiling, shower, and windows, plus spiders. I feel itchy already. Worst experience ever!
