Everything we needed was in the brand-new top-floor apartment, and we had a great two weeks there in July/August. Apa Nera residence had only recently opened. Several bars, restaurants, bakeries, a Spar supermarket, and a biscuit shop directly opposite are all an easy walk away. Calvi’s lovely beach, with clear water and fine sand, is about a 15-minute drive; parking right behind it costs €3. Our only small gripe was the parking in front of the residence. There are lots of spaces, but some curbs are quite high. We really enjoyed the holiday, and thank the Milani family again for their hospitality and delicious ice cream.
We came away wanting to return as soon as possible, and with stars in our eyes. Maïté and Jean were so warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, and it’s clear they care about making guests feel at home. The apartment was spacious, bright, thoughtfully decorated, and very practical, with every detail adding to our comfort. The online photos match what you find there, and somehow it feels even better in person. A wonderful place for a holiday, thanks so much for a fabulous stay. Manon, Romain & their two daughters.
