Super U is just a two-minute walk away, and this brand-new residence has sea views, spacious rooms, and good amenities. The retractable PVC awning is especially sturdy, reinforced with metal bars and operated by remote control. The gated parking has entrances at both the front and rear. There’s no rubbish collection area here, so we have to take our rubbish to the neighboring residence’s bins. A nearby tire shop can be noisy, and there’s an older building with a somewhat unsavory population. Still, the residence is very secure, so we didn’t feel there was anything to worry about.

The port is about 800 meters away, and there’s a Super U 300 meters from the residence. From here, you get wonderful views of the sea, mountains, and citadel. It’s a recently built place, with an elevator, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi.

Jean Noël was a really friendly host and made us feel welcome in this lovely apartment. I’d gladly have stayed another week, and I definitely recommend it.

We were here on holiday and liked how peaceful and secure the residence felt. Shops, the beach, and all the usual amenities are nearby, so we didn’t need a car.

Seems top-notch, and it’s very conveniently placed near all the shops.
