The grounds are beautifully landscaped and really peaceful, and the pool is only about a 30-second walk away. We paid a little extra for a one-bedroom apartment and were glad we did. The patio was great for eating and relaxing outdoors. Calvi town and beach are a ten-minute walk.

The washing machine door was our only real challenge, but the hosts came through and sorted that out for us. They’re very friendly and speak fluent French and English, so not knowing French wasn’t a problem. The garden is huge and beautiful, and between A Merula and Le Home there are three pools available to guests. It’s quiet, with no children around, and full of flowers. Prices seemed fair for Corse, where everything can be a bit expensive. I know this may sound like a lot of praise, but we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. I’ve been to Calvi before, and this has been my best place to stay there.

A really peaceful place to stay, with beautiful pools that never felt overcrowded. The location couldn’t be better, close to town, the beach, and a supermarket. I’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful setting, with the beach, supermarket, and restaurants all just a five-minute walk away. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely come back.
