The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. For a 2-star place, it feels underrated. You can expect 3-4 star quality.

It’s a two-star hotel with 11 rooms, just a few meters from the town hall and tourist office. I think a couple has been running it for 6 or 7 years. Breakfast was very good, and the half-board dinner was excellent.

The room itself was decent, nicely decorated, and reasonably priced. But the stay felt like one reprimand after another, with hypocritical smiles thrown in. Our only real interaction with the host was a string of remarks: she said eating in the room was forbidden when all we’d asked was whether breakfast was served at the hotel, and complained that we hadn’t called to say we wouldn’t arrive during their completely absurd hours, before 12:30 pm or between 4:30 pm and 8 pm. Another day, I came down with a wrapped bottle of alcohol, clearly a souvenir, and got more sideways looks before being told alcohol wasn’t allowed in the room. I’m surprised she didn’t call the Vatican to check whether we were doing anything else “not very Catholic” in there. At the end, I was weighed down with luggage and said I’d be right back to pay the tourist tax. She laughed and told me, “It’s only 7 euros.” I wasn’t going to run off without paying, ma’am. A little respect would have been in order when I was already struggling with my suitcases.

We came across this hotel while planning our vacation, and it was a lovely surprise. The decor was neat, the room charming, and everything impeccably clean. Our hosts gave us a warm welcome, and breakfast had lovely products. The village is adorable and very well located. Everything was perfect, and we’ll definitely come back and recommend it without hesitation.
