A staff member was genuinely helpful and found us another mobile home in a different area, right by the beach. The location was fantastic, though there was no linen. The rest of the stay was awful. On arrival, the owner or main receptionist was unbelievably rude. They charged us for our dog, then suddenly said dogs weren't allowed in the VIP mobile homes. If we'd known that when booking, we wouldn't have stayed. The next morning, the same rude receptionist or owner wouldn't let us leave until they had checked the place was clean. We had to insist they raise the barriers so we could get to the tunnel. I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. There are surely plenty of other places nearby where you'll be welcomed.

There are two sites in the region with the same name, so take care. We came to this one first, and the way reception treated us made me certain I wouldn't stay here. Instead of calmly explaining that we needed to go to the other site, they shouted and gestured aggressively for me to leave. I didn't even understand why until they finally told me, still aggressively, that we had to go elsewhere. Guests should be wary if this is how people are treated. I've spent two weeks travelling around Europe and this was easily the worst experience of the trip. I'm a seasoned traveller and will tell anyone I talk to to steer clear.

Our pitch was beside the beach, which was the one good thing, but the view was a brick wall and the private toilet block also housed the toilet waste, so the smell was awful. The other toilet and shower block was dated, dirty, and not working properly. On top of that, using the facilities cost extra. We were only there for one night in Sept 22, and this was the second most expensive site on our two-week trip through Northern France, yet the worst by far. This place isn't set up for motorhomes. Maybe the good reviews are from people staying in static homes who didn't use the facilities. If you're in a motorhome, avoid it. I really don't recommend this site.
