Our family apartment was spacious and furnished in a modern style, and we got a lovely dinner before settling in. We’d only found Accendi Pipa after a car accident left us waiting with our bags at a gas station for the insurance company. When no call came by evening, the owner offered to come get us, even though it was late and the restaurant was still open. We’ll remember that Corsican kindness for a long time.

The chocolate dessert was divine, and the owner makes all the desserts. We went for a Valentine’s Day meal and loved the welcome. Even with a reservation, we could pick our table. It’s a warm, family-run place, and the classic menu was just right. We live nearby, so didn’t stay overnight. The location between Borgo and Ponte Leccia is handy, with parking, three indoor dining rooms including one with a fireplace, and a shaded outdoor area with pools and a waterfall. Room prices are very reasonable too. Can’t wait to come back and eat outside by the pool. I highly recommend it. Martial and Karine

We were cycling around Corsica, and the warm welcome from the owner and team meant a lot. The roadside exterior doesn’t give much away, but once you’re in the parking lot it’s a lovely, inviting place. Our room was actually a brand-new little apartment with a kitchen and fridge. Lunch and dinner were fantastic. Thank you!
