It’s a small place, but that’s fine. If you’re tired of touristy restaurants and know your way around a kitchen, this is a great spot for fresh seafood. The staff are nice and will help you put together a big seafood dinner.

I’ve never met anyone as rude as this lady in my whole life. It was a really bad experience. She should find a different job, one where she doesn’t have to deal with people.

We had a sea view and great service, all at a good price. I started with prawns, then had moules marinières, followed by coffee and a crepe. The food was great and everyone was very friendly. If you want oysters, check the market too, since the price difference is big. I’d recommend this place.

The shop is small and charming, right on Cancale’s scenic boulevard, and the selection is good value for its quality. Les Viviers de la Houle has fresh oysters from the Mont Saint Michel bay, along with other shellfish and seafood such as crabs, lobsters, and Bouchot mussels. A lovely place to browse local seafood in an authentic little shop.

The oysters were delicious and fresh, and the special ones were outstanding. The owner really knows the trade and can easily suggest a very good restaurant to try.
