Hello, we spent a weekend at Le Gîtes Cancalais in October, and afterward received a very harsh review. Our plans changed at the last minute, so we arrived with our dog. You said Gîtes de France policy didn’t allow pets. If the real reason was allergies, it would have been more honest to tell us that. The high chair you lent us wasn’t damaged. As for the basic cleaning, we did it ourselves and emptied the bins. You came to check with us and said everything was fine. If you weren’t happy, you should have said so to our faces instead of afterward.

The rooms were beautiful, and breakfast was great, especially the pancakes. Many thanks to Loic for being so welcoming and kind. We’ll be back, and I recommend this establishment.

The hostess was really proactive and highly skilled, and the owner was excellent, very attentive to the tenants and caregivers. A great memory!
