Getting back into town after midnight was a real hassle. There was no bus or tram, so the options were Uber, a bike, or a night bus followed by about an hour of walking. The studio was tiny, and the bed was awful and had no pillow. For 475EUR, I expected more, and the service could have been much better. The heating stopped working for a whole week in December. I ended up with tonsillitis and couldn't eat. I only got a portable heater after going to reception myself; otherwise, I don't think they would have done anything. They also made communication difficult. Their phone never worked, and they didn't answer emails. When staff checked the room at checkout, they focused on tiny things like dust behind the radiator and on top of the fridge. Even though I'd tried to clean everything, they charged me for an extra 3h of housekeeping. The reception staff checking the room spoke very little English, so we had to use Google Translate. I stayed here during my exchange program and paid a deposit of around 470 EUR, which was supposed to be returned at the end of my stay. It's been two months since I moved out, and I still haven't received it. I really wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to go out partying at night.
