We booked for five people through Booking.com and paid. Afterward, they messaged us on WhatsApp saying there was a €1,000 deposit. We couldn't afford that and asked to cancel, but were told cancellation wasn't possible and our payment wouldn't be returned. We had no choice but to pay the €1,000. Then they charged another €227 for things described as city tax, bed linen cleaning, parking, and so on. We paid that as well because otherwise we would have lost €700. This feels like a business set up to rip people off. Don't go or stay there.

Every day brought more absurd charges, and the whole stay was a nightmare and a total rip-off. They charged for sheets, pillows, parking, and other unnecessary things, eating into the money we had set aside for sightseeing. They also threaten that you’ll lose your money if you decide not to stay. Avoid the place, or you'll regret it.

My friends and I travel all over the world and usually book through Booking.com, but this was our worst experience. They kept asking us for more money and giving childish warnings. Sheets and pillowcases cost 28 Euros per person. Who charges that? It felt like they were using Booking.com to run a robbery. Please check the total price carefully before booking, though I’d strongly advise against staying here at all.

I came to Cannes with my family and was pleasantly surprised to find a three-bedroom apartment. It was stylish, had everything we needed, and was close to amenities. We were very happy with our stay, and I’m sure I’ll come back.

We stayed two nights in the Alpha apartment and had a fantastic welcome. The apartment was superb and perfectly located. I’d recommend it without hesitation.
