Florella Croisette

Florella was incredibly unresponsive, rude, and awful to deal with. After an overnight flight, I arrived to find I'd been given the wrong apartment keys. I carried my luggage up and down the stairs, then waited two hours on the lobby floor for someone to bring the right ones. The Wi-Fi password they gave me was wrong too, which made it almost impossible to work. The air conditioning was broken. It would only run if I reset the circuit breakers every hour, even through the night, and they refused to send a technician. They lied throughout the process. Stay away. Their reply to my review is completely inaccurate, with false claims throughout. If someone had returned my phone call, perhaps this could have been sorted out more professionally.
