The reservations were completely wrong, and the service from the person we met on arrival was very poor. Another staff member showed up later, was kind, and managed to salvage the situation. The place itself was dirty and unhygienic. I’d avoid staying here if you can.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the price was really affordable compared with other places in Cannes. It’s right by the beach, where things are much less busy than in the city center.

Steps from both the beach and Cannes city center, and the staff were kind and very helpful. I had a wonderful stay.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel. Worst one I’ve ever stayed at.

If you’re planning a visit to Cannes, I’d say this hostel is the worst place in the city.
