JW Marriott Cannes Hotel

Emma and Youcef at the front of house, along with Mickael in the lovely Scalini restaurant, were especially attentive. Their care made the stay memorable. The hotel itself is excellent, and the location is fantastic.

The large breakfast room had a great selection of cheeses and everything else I needed, though a few of the breads were a little soggy. I’m glad I chose this hotel as a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member. A generous upgrade gave me a spacious, comfortable room with a lovely view, and the welcome fruit plate was a thoughtful touch. When I told a manager that the heater wasn’t working well, he and his team acted right away and fixed it quickly. He called afterward to check that it was working, which made me feel well looked after.

We spent the last three nights of our honeymoon here and loved it. The location is ideal, close to all the action and the designer shops, which my wife enjoyed, though my wallet didn’t. Our shower wasn’t draining properly, but the team sorted it straight away by moving us to an upgraded room on the top floor. Everyone was great, from the people who welcomed us and handled our bags to the front desk staff and everyone in between. Karim Cheddad, the concierge, was especially helpful. He knew the city inside out, answered all our questions, and found us reservations every day at exactly the kind of restaurant and time we wanted, even at some of the most popular places. He made a big difference to our trip. The roof deck and pool were nice too, with great ocean views and a relaxing place to unwind. We’d love to come back.

The Mediterranean view from our spacious room was fantastic, and breakfast had lots of delicious choices. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I’d love to return.
