My apartment was forcibly broken into during my July 2025 stay, as confirmed by the police report, and valuables were stolen. The host gave me no help or support. The building had signs saying security cameras were in use, but when I asked for footage, I was told they weren’t working. That felt completely misleading and unsafe. It was terrifying for my family and me, and we never felt safe. Airbnb has also been dismissive about what happened. Stay far away from this host and property if your safety matters to you.
