The rooms were very nice and clean, and the hotel is centrally located near plenty of shops and useful services. What really made our stay in Cannes even better was the receptionist. She was kind, friendly and extremely helpful, and told us about local places we wouldn’t have found on our own.

The Little Palace, Cannes is minimalist, with limited living space, but its location is ideal. Gare de Canne railway station is right across the street, and the promenade is about a five-minute walk away. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and there’s a cafe on the ground floor where you can grab a quick bite. The lady running the place is very kind and helpful. It’s a good idea to ask her for dining and sightseeing tips.

The Family room was clean and spacious, with a good shower. The hotel itself is very basic, but the staff were friendly and helpful. It was tricky to find, and unloading outside is either impossible or extremely difficult because the road has electric bollards.

A nice, affordable option for a one-day stay, right across from the train station and a 15-minute walk to the beach and Cannes city centre. The room had a funny smell and no minibar, but the guy at reception was so nice and let me leave my Saint Tropez beignets in the staff fridge overnight.

Very nice owners, and good value for a hotel right in the center.
