I could happily walk along the promenade every day. There are vendors along the route where you can sit with a drink or snack and look out at the ocean. When it's sunny and hot, a hat might be a good idea if you burn easily. I didn't come across many shaded spots.

You might spot celebrities and other famous faces here. It's a well-known hotspot, and it never disappoints.

The walk along this promenade can take several hours, and I never tire of it. We stroll by the beach, watch what's going on, have coffee, and enjoy the summer sun. When Cannes is crowded, as it was for the 2021 film festival, we now prefer taking the train from Vallaris. Before that, whenever we visited, we'd park at the Palais des Festivals car parks. The train is fast and elegant.

There are plenty of little stalls along the path selling souvenirs, snacks, and drinks at reasonable prices. It's a lovely walk, with great views over the beach and out to sea, and lots of places to sit and take it all in. The area really comes alive in the evening.

A nice spot for a relaxed sit or a stroll, with satisfying views, plenty of chairs, and public toilets in convenient places.
