We arrived to a clogged toilet and had to find somewhere else to stay urgently in the middle of the night. Getting a refund meant months of arguing with the host. Avoid this place!

The apartment was nicely furnished, but the experience was a disaster. Plumbing trouble on our first night meant we had to find somewhere else in the middle of the night. Neither Booking.com nor the owner offered any help. Booking.com only returned what we’d originally paid, and we couldn’t get compensation for the large extra cost of the replacement stay. There was very little response. :( Update (May 2025): After lots of back and forth, the owner reimbursed us for the price difference for the replacement accommodation.
