Please don’t spend your money or energy on this property. I couldn’t check in the first night using the code they’d sent. After I called support, I waited 20 minutes and still couldn’t get help, so I had to book another hotel. The next morning they sent a code for the physical key and I managed to get in, but the place smelled badly of mold and damp, and the Wi-Fi connection was very poor. Since I work online, that was critical. I politely asked for at least a partial refund, but nobody has replied since day one. I sent several emails and called, but nothing changed.

A great place to stay.

Room 33 was clean and just right for two adults and one teenager or child. The whole apartment seemed newly renovated, and there was a little touch of luxury. Towels and soap were provided for all the beds. The location was very good. There’s no elevator, though in my experience only a few apartment hotels in Cannes have one. I’ve stayed in several apartments here, but this one felt more like a hotel.

My wife, children and I loved our stay in one of the most beautiful residences in Cannes. The staff were always available whenever we needed help. It was one of the best stays of my life, and I’ll definitely be back very soon! 🫶
