The pool looked clean and appealing, with plenty of children playing in it each day, though we never used it. We were happy with our week here as a family at the end of August. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the apartment was clean, even if on the small side. We only spotted one mosquito all week. A candle and matches would be handy to have. The location was a real plus: close to the beach, shops, and a fantastic bakery. Walking along the water to central Cannes takes about 25 minutes, and there are also trains and buses. We hired a car at Nice airport, but it was expensive and we ended up not using it, so it wasn't necessary. We arrived in the evening and called the staff, then got in without any trouble. Finding the parking area took some searching because it isn't clearly marked. Paying extra for the sea view felt worthwhile, and so did the air conditioning. The summer heat and humidity meant some people were sleeping with their doors and windows open.

We got to the hotel late, but the security staff helped us right away. They let us in and showed us how to reach our room. The whole arrival went smoothly, and they were kind and professional. Thanks again for the great service!

The apartment itself was lovely, but the residence didn't match its advertising or the price. It's only a small part of a very shabby complex, mostly residential flats with laundry hanging outside. The pool and complex were dirty, and the water slide was really loud. A road and railway line also sit between the complex and the beach. The reception was awful and was closed most of the time, as well as being shared with the residential flats. Parking spaces were tiny, and dealing with the fobs and access arrangements was really irritating.

Great view, good location, and the room was clean and equipped. Still, even for a long stay, they didn't change the towels.

Be careful, the hotel's pictures aren't real. We booked three nights but left straight away, and got no money back. Maybe the place looked like those pictures ten years ago, but now it looks like my photos. It's super dangerous and scary.
