Villa "Bonne Accueil" really lives up to its name. The owner met us at the train station and even took us to the shopping center to make things easier, then stayed attentive throughout. The villa is around 100 meters from the Capvern thermal baths, 50 meters from the pizzeria, and 80 meters from the restaurant. The apartment had everything needed for cooking, and most units have a balcony. There’s also Netflix and a handy, very fast convection oven. We had a really pleasant stay.

I spent eight months at the villa for work. My furnished studio was well equipped, and renting linens was a real plus when I couldn’t bring much with me. There’s a space heater to warm the apartment as needed. The owner was attentive and quick to deal with any requests or problems.

There were no sheets, which I find unacceptable for a hotel, and no towels in the bathroom either. The room also smelled strongly of cooking grease, making the stay unpleasant. A cat kept meowing in the stairwell. I’d avoid this place at all costs.

The host was very welcoming and helpful, and the kitchen was well equipped. The studio had been renovated, though there was a smell of paint. Construction noise went on through the day and into the evening. My room wasn’t heated when I arrived, and there was just one space heater. Breakfast wasn’t available as an option.

The price was very attractive, with all amenities included, so it was excellent value. We chose an apartment with a separate bedroom and a comfortable living room. The kitchen and dining area were very clean and well equipped, and the apartment was spacious. We also got a warm welcome and plenty of information when we arrived. The service was excellent.
