The room was huge, with a big comfortable bed, and the food was great too. It’s nothing fancy, but the location is great and it’s quiet and comfortable. The service was simply outstanding, really attentive.

Sophie was a very charming hostess and took great care of us. She even got in touch beforehand because check-in hours are restricted. The location is really convenient for visiting the old city, and our room had a nice, quirky modern design touch.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was included and good. My second-floor room had a nice street view through big windows. It’s a large, basic converted room above a restaurant and bar, in a great spot near the old city, with fun shops along the way and the Aude River footbridge and park nearby.

I wasn’t a guest and didn’t eat there, but I did have a café au lait. It was lukewarm at best and not worth 3€. They need to pay more attention to the little things, especially with so much competition.
