Comfortable beds, a good shower, and a nice range at breakfast, including eggs. The rooms are clean and modern, and the hotel feels friendly. There's no kettle in the room, but there's a free tea and coffee station in the foyer.

We stayed in August 2025 and loved the themed decor. Our family room was amazing, with an outdoor area overlooking the pool, and the kids loved the bunk bed. Everyone loved the hotel cat, who was definitely a celebrity there. All the guests loved her!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and would go the extra mile. Dinner was nice, with three choices each for appetizers (entree in French), main course (plat), and dessert. Breakfast was good too, with something for everyone, including fresh squeezed OJ. Great location for visiting La Cite, the medieval town of Carcassonne.

We had a peaceful stay here, even with our room facing the pool. It’s in a pleasant residential area, about 15 minutes from the historic town, and I’d happily come back.

We were able to leave our bikes in secure storage, and the staff were so helpful with that and with printing something I needed. They were friendly throughout and patient with our very limited French. Our ground floor room had a lovely patio overlooking the pool. The hotel is close enough to the old city and restaurants, while still being far enough away to stay quiet. It was just right for our two nights.
