There was plenty of parking, both outside and inside. You have to pay for the interior parking, but it’s not a bad deal. The location couldn’t be better, less than a five-minute walk to the entrance of Carcassonne. The staff were wonderful, friendly, accommodating, and very helpful, and we really enjoyed staying there. Our room was clean and well maintained. It was on the small side, but comfortable enough, with a small but comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom. The only issue was the lack of outlets near the bed for all the modern electronics people need nearby.

The rooms and en-suites are small, but have everything you need. They were very clean and quiet, and the blackout curtains made for a great night's sleep. The optional continental breakfast was very good value. Such a convenient little hotel, just a few yards from the walled city, with more than courteous reception and catering staff. I’d definitely book here again.

Onsite parking, 24-hour reception, and restaurants and bars close by made it a perfect fit for me. It’s about 15 minutes from Carcasonne Airport and sits just below the Old City walls. My room was smallish, but well equipped, clean, and air conditioned. I’ll use it again.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic. The only thing wrong was the weather, which was outside the hotel's control and ours.

Breakfast was tasty, with more sweet choices than savoury. The double room was small but laid out okay, though there were only two sockets, one by the entrance door that was useless. The TV was tiny and not smart. We had a blanket with a sheet tucked underneath and then tucked well under the bedspread. I hate that setup in hotels because pulling the blanket off pulls the whole bedsheet with it.
