La Maison de Campagne

We booked every room for our group, which included six children, and Claudine welcomed us so warmly. We did our best to keep the kids quiet, and I hope we managed it ;-). The Maison de Campagne is a beautiful guesthouse, with spotless rooms and excellent breakfasts. We also enjoyed the pool and summer kitchen. There are pretty villages and lovely Provençal markets nearby. Definitely a guesthouse I’d recommend!

Claudine was a wonderful host in every way, with thoughtful touches and great suggestions for walks. We stayed in the Les Lilas room and had a lovely time. Carcès is only a few minutes away, and it’s a handy base for places to see around Green Provence, while still being quiet enough to enjoy the pool. There are a few outdoor spots for having a meal or a drink. Breakfast changed each day and was always excellent. Thanks for the warm welcome, Claudine. We’ll be back!

Everything was spotless, including the rooms, and that made the stay a real pleasure. The setting is calm and relaxing, with a lovely welcoming feel. Claudine pays close attention to her guests and adapts kindly and simply. And breakfast, with all its delicious treats, was the best part of the day. Don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed!

In Claudine’s beautiful Provence, we went on a wonderful walk during our stay and got to hear her lovely storytelling. She’d already made us feel welcome by the pool with excellent homemade orange wine, and the room was cool and cozy. Claudine was fantastic again.
