Carros, the hilltop village, was a hidden gem, and the hotel staff gave us helpful tips for local sights. We found this place while looking for somewhere in the hills near Nice, away from the crowds, and it delivered. The property is gorgeous, with jasmine on the walls, orange trees, bougainvillea, and plenty of places to sit. Our spacious room was clean and well appointed, with a fridge restocked daily with cold Evian, and room service. The lobby and hallways felt quiet but welcoming. Breakfast was worth the price, with plenty to choose from and friendly staff. There are two restaurants at the hotel, so you have options. We also appreciated the EV chargers in the car park. It was too cool to use the pool during our stay, but it was available. We'll be back to enjoy the hotel's magic.

The scenery was outstanding, and the staff were both capable and friendly. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautiful, and there was a top-notch restaurant on site. We stayed three nights, but we'll definitely return for longer.

It's peaceful and quiet here, with a relaxed atmosphere, a real sense of safety, and comfortable beds and pillows. Everyone was helpful and kind. The location also worked perfectly for getting to Menton, Eze, Nice, and other cities. I loved how close the Wok and Sushi place was, I ate there three times in one week. I love this hotel and would come back if I get the chance to visit this beautiful place again.

The rooms and bed were clean and comfortable, with a large bed, a nice shower, and a pleasant terrace outside. The hotel is very nice inside and out, and parking is free. The restaurant is expensive, but portions are huge and the desserts look and taste delicious. Breakfast was the only letdown for a four-star hotel. We paid extra for it and arrived to find the buffet practically empty. They promptly brought out the food we asked for a few minutes later.
