The only issue for us was that the pool wasn't heated at the time, though we still loved sitting beside it and looking out at the view. This newer, luxurious hotel is right on the Marina, with beautiful Mediterranean views, well-appointed rooms, great staff, and a wonderful location. The restaurant was enjoyable, too. I'd stay again.

On our first night we found ants all over the room, including in our luggage and personal belongings. It was distressing and made the space feel unhygienic and unsafe. When we reported it, we were told the manager wasn't available. We got no clear solution or reassurance for the entire day and were left waiting without answers. The hotel only offered a solution at checkout, a refund for one night, which was completely unacceptable given how serious the problem was and its psychological impact. On the second night, the hotel moved us to a disabled-access room because no other rooms were available. We hadn't chosen that room, and it wasn't what we booked. This showed further poor room management. For a property that presents itself as high-end, the hygiene, handling of the problem, and care for guests fell far below expectations. This was an extremely disappointing, poorly managed stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness, professionalism, and timely resolution.

The hotel sits beautifully on a cliff above the port of Carry le Rouet, and this little gem was a treat. The staff were amazing, and breakfast was five stars. They offer two cocktails each day if you skip room cleaning, which I loved. One tip: street parking all around the hotel is free 24/7, so don't pay €30 for the parking package.

We booked at the last minute, my daughter, who is 26, and I. Our four days and four nights were wonderful. The hotel felt new and pristine, with very comfortable beds and a spacious shower room. From our balcony room we looked straight over the marina, and the location was fantastic. We were lucky to get sunbeds each day and relax by the infinity pool. Every staff member we met was polite and helpful.
