We gave up on staying the night, even though our children had given us this weekend away. What a waste. The room was damp, cleanliness was poor, and the meal was appalling for €65. They offer a spa in a room that's barely 3 degrees Celsius, which may be understandable in winter, but that doesn't excuse the state of things. The photos and advertised offers don't match what you get. They sell you a dream, but it ends up feeling like a nightmare. I believe that when you offer a service, you can't just say, "I'm watching the match tonight, so basically, we shouldn't have disturbed him!"

The bathrooms, the most important part, were clean, but the rest of the cabin was full of dust and cobwebs, poorly maintained outside, and had a few things that didn't work right. The meals and breakfast were adequate, and the bedding was very comfortable. We brought our own pillows, so I can't comment on those. The place was quiet and relaxing, just what we were looking for, and the vegetation blocked the view, though that didn't bother us. Still, €300 for one night and a meal felt very expensive for the condition of the place. I regret not taking photos, especially after some of the owners' responses. This was a surprise gift for one night, so I only looked at the reviews and owners' replies afterward. At this price, I expected a higher standard. I think it's important to listen to customer feedback, even when it's negative. It may not be pleasant, but it can only help in the future. Best of luck.

The cabin has a quirky charm, which is nice, but the welcome was very cold. It was really dusty and could have used a proper clean. The price needs a rethink too. We paid €285 for one night with the €65 raclette option, which turned out to be cheap industrial cheese and cold cuts, followed by a bottle of wine costing €2.80. Breakfast was much the same as the raclette.

The setting is idyllic, and the welcome was outstanding. We had a fantastic weekend and will definitely return. The cabin is unusual and beautifully laid out, with no overlooking neighbors and a view of the Champs-Élysées. It's completely quiet at night, then you hear birds in the morning. Breakfast came in a little basket with warm croissants, fresh butter, and jam. The host was attentive and warm, the cabin was cozy, and the spa was heated just right. In March, at -1°C, the spa is definitely more of a Nordic bath because it's on the patio, but that's part of its charm. It was clean and smelled pleasantly of chlorine. I didn't see any boats like some people mentioned. It's a cabin, not the Carlton, but the hygiene was excellent, with perfect sheets and clean towels and bathrobe. There were a couple of minor stains, though.
