We had a nice, clean room and the location was great. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. I'd definitely stay here again if I came back to Bordeaux.

The hotel is in a beautiful, central spot, close to everything. I asked for a balcony in my room, and the kind man at reception gave me one. I loved my room and had a perfect stay.

It's 2:36 a.m. as I write this, and the room is hotter than outside with no AC. I can't open the windows because we're in the city centre and there's so much noise. Worst hotel night ever. Don't book here, you'll regret it!

The location is the best thing about this hotel: right by the tram and very close to central Bordeaux. Be careful about which room you get. My friends and I booked the same type but ended up with very different rooms. Room 409 was apparently an “upgrade,” but there wasn't space to stand two abreast anywhere. Our friends' room, 311, was much more spacious, looked newer, and had clearly been updated recently. The AC in our room didn't work, and nobody came to fix it after we told reception.

The Comfort Double Room (Non-Smoking, City View) was cosy and reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly. The location was great: six minutes on foot to the Garonne, around twenty to the cruise port, and only minutes from Bordeaux’s Golden Triangle. I'd definitely stay again. 🇨🇦
