The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the pool area was one of the best we’ve seen. That’s where the three stars come from. The rest of the site looked scruffy and neglected, with no sign of anyone trying to cut the grass, clear the paths, or replace the broken paving stones. We didn’t see a single gardener or maintenance worker while we were there. It would take a huge job to get the place back into shape, and I can’t imagine anyone willingly taking it on.

The surroundings were beautiful, and our house was clean. We also really liked the bar, and Alexandra from the animation team was great.
