Apartment 1 was spacious, pleasant, and practical, and the terrace was great. It’s a ten-minute walk to the shops, daily market, and square. The square is a lovely spot for a drink or to enjoy the entertainment. I highly recommend it!

The apartment was spotless and nicely decorated, with everything we needed. We could walk to both the beach and the town center in about five minutes. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa u fornu, and the owner was friendly and accommodating.

The neighborhood was peaceful even with buildings all around, and the walk into the town center took exactly as long as estimated. We stayed in apartment #3 for a weekend, four adults and four children. Bernard greeted us warmly in Ile Rousse, even before we got out of the car, and everything from that quick arrival to the check-in inspection was efficient. The bedding was excellent too. We highly recommend the place. The Bernard and Harivel Family

I wouldn't recommend Casa u Fornu. Our check-in was held up because the apartments weren't clean, even though we had told them when we would arrive. They charged separately for sheets and towels and required a €500 security deposit during our stay. The manager and Bernard, the owner, kept tourists in the parking lot while checking every household item, cutlery included. Completely unacceptable, and a real shame for French tourism.

We got home on August 7, 2022, after spending more than a week at the Casa U Fornu residence. The welcome and services at both Bastia airport and the residence left us completely satisfied, and we'd certainly recommend the place. Thanks to everyone for looking after us and making such a wonderful holiday possible for us and our children.
