The new room category made this latest visit feel like a whole new level of comfort. We tried one yesterday after staying here many times, and it really does feel like a dream home, from the wonderfully soft towels and bedding to the snug, cocoon-like bathtub. It’s easy to forget the world outside. Cristofer deserves a special thank you. He’s been here for a while, and has looked after us brilliantly since our very first stay, often noticing what we need before we do. His care made the visit unforgettable. I’ve praised the restaurants and Spa in earlier reviews and still recommend them even for a day in Montpellier, but I especially wanted to mention this new addition to the Domaine Classic collection. We’re already looking forward to returning to our favorite hotel.

A beautiful property, with lovely staff and spacious, well-designed rooms. Five stars from me, and I’d definitely recommend it.
8/10
The room was fantastic, and what a lovely place. Dinner at Restaurant MARCELLE was good, but the service felt unprofessional and the wait was far too long. We spent more than 3 hours waiting for two courses. Next time, we’ll try the Brasserie.
2/10
The new building looks pretty on the surface, but that didn’t help when the whole place was freezing and the heating didn’t work. The lighting system had completely broken down too, and neither the minibar nor the towel warmer worked. When I raised the issues with reception several times, nobody seemed interested in getting them fixed quickly. The response was basically, “It’s a new building, these things can happen.” Really? This was an extremely expensive disaster of a stay. I’ve never spent my money worse.
10/10
We didn’t want to leave. The chateau and modern extension are beautiful, set among vineyards, and the infinity pool is stunning. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, and the spa and gym are amazing, proper 5-star quality. The staff made the stay special, everyone was delightful and went above and beyond. 10/10 recommend.
