The location is handy, close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and the pond for walks. The owner was friendly, but I wouldn't return. The fridge was dirty and broken, and the TV and Wi-Fi didn't work. There was a used surgical mask on a chair, and the owner's dog relieved itself in the kitchen. Paint was peeling in the bedroom, and the toilet was in the shared bathroom.
The apartment is well located, and the owner was friendly. The shared bathroom has just one toilet. In bedroom 2, the floor and bed were uneven, the paint was peeling, and the shutters wouldn't close. The refrigerator was dirty and broken, with mold in the freezer drawers. There was a used face mask on a kitchen chair, and the owner's dog relieved itself in the shared kitchen. The TV and Wi-Fi were both broken. Personally, we'd avoid this kind of accommodation.
The location was the one good thing. Hygiene was appalling: the freezer was broken and moldy, and there was animal excrement in the middle of the kitchen. A surgical mask had been left in the small dining area. The TV and Wi-Fi didn't work, and the view was of electrical cables. I don't recommend this rental.
Good for the price, and otherwise very good, though the room felt a bit stuffy. There was a little dust on the floor, and the bathroom is shared.
It's a cozy room for a good price, in a handy spot beside the Canal du Midi. Just bear in mind there's no air conditioning and the bathroom is shared.
